My order is a gift, can I add a gift message?

Yes of course. ​On the YOUR CART PAGE before the checkout, you can add a gift message in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLER section. 

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, all of our packaging is recyclable. We use cornstarch peanuts to keep our jars safe and these are completely biodegradable, you can put them in the bin or they can be dissolved in your sink by running water over them. Our bubble bags are made of recycled plastic and can be recycled with your normal recycling. Our cardboard boxes can be recycled and of course, once you have finished your jar of goodies these can be recycled too. 

When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days (Monday-Friday; excluding bank holidays). We will contact you if we are unable to deliver your chosen product(s) within this time. During busy periods it might take longer to dispatch your order however we endeavour to get your order out as quickly as possible.

​Where do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom. 

Please note that deliveries will be made to the address that has been entered when placing the order and we will not accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to inaccurate address details. 

We now also offer delivery to Europe, US mainland, Canada, Australia & New Zealand. 

We offer 2 types of international shipping, economy at £14.95 and tracked at £34. For all orders outside of the UK: You may be charged customs/duties which may be added to your order by your local government as import duty/tax, we are not liable for these charges. 

Royal Mail is our domestic carrier who passes it onto other carriers for international orders.



We hope that you'll be thrilled with your candles when they arrive but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Contact us by emailing for assistance and we'll get back to you promptly.

We take every care to ensure your items are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used. 

You are welcome to exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.

If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
